If you knew that in the hotel where staying on holiday the staff is not hired regularly or is underpaid, would you stay there?
If you knew that the accommodaton you found at a super discounted price exists because the company, by avoiding taxes and paying less for its staff, can "afford" lower rates than competitors, would you book the same?
You customer, don't know what happens behind the scenes of a company (even if sometimes the air we breathe inside makes us understand how is the atmosphere for employees); however, if the entrepreneur has nothing to hide, show his face and tells you that his company respects rules, people and other companies (suppliers and competitors), you will probably appreciate more what he offers..
The human factor will always make the difference for the quality of the services offered by a hotel.
Do you consider a company that:
